About This Role
- Lead design, architecture, and implementation of generative AI applications using AWS services like Amazon Bedrock, SageMaker, and AgentCore.
- Manage and mentor GenAI engineering teams; oversee software development lifecycle, quality assurance, and client project success.
- Drive adoption of AI/ML best practices, cost optimization, responsible AI frameworks, and collaborate with cross-functional teams on AI-driven solutions.
Minimum Requirements
- Bachelor's degree required.
- Minimum 8 years work experience required.
- Proficiency in English (oral and written) mandatory.
- Technical skills: Advanced programming in Java, Python, JavaScript; experience with Acceptance Test Driven Development (ATDD), Continuous Integration/Continuous Delivery (CI/CD), API Management, Microservices architecture, and AWS GenAI services (Bedrock, SageMaker).
