About This Role
- Own product areas within Managed Payments, a regulated payments infrastructure enabling PSPs, financial institutions, banks, and enterprises to use stablecoin-powered payment rails without crypto infrastructure.
- Define and execute roadmap for pay-ins, payouts, conversion, and transaction lifecycle management across stablecoin and fiat endpoints, improving customer workflows and experience.
- Lead cross-functional initiatives involving Engineering, Compliance, Operations, Treasury, Legal, and commercial teams to deliver measurable improvements in payment reliability, efficiency, and customer adoption.
Minimum Requirements
- 4+ years of product management experience in payments, fintech, financial infrastructure, or complex B2B products.
- Experience owning product vision, roadmaps, and execution for B2B payments capabilities including pay-ins, payouts, treasury infrastructure, or APIs.
- Demonstrated ability to lead complex cross-functional projects involving Engineering and Compliance, Operations, Legal, Treasury, or commercial partners.
- Strong analytical and technical fluency using customer, product, payment, and operational data to guide product decisions.
Ideal Candidate Profile
- Experienced in building or managing regulated, compliance-intensive payment infrastructures or financial operations products.
- Skilled at balancing technical and business trade-offs while driving alignment across multiple teams and stakeholders.
- Knowledge of cross-border payments, PSP infrastructure, settlement systems, or blockchain-based payment systems is a plus but not mandatory.
