About This Role
- Lead UX research strategy and execution for Access Management products across multiple OS platforms (Windows, macOS, Linux, iOS, Android) in India.
- Build and manage a dedicated user panel for key personas to gain deep customer insights and empathy.
- Integrate AI tools to automate operational research tasks, enabling focus on strategic analysis and collaboration with global EPD teams.
Minimum Requirements
- 4+ years of UX research experience in enterprise/B2B product environments, or Master's/PhD in HCI, Psychology, Anthropology, Sociology, or related field with 2+ years experience.
- Experience researching desktop and mobile applications across macOS, Windows, iOS, or Android.
- Demonstrated user research in complex, technical B2B, enterprise, security, or developer-facing domains.
- Role location: Bengaluru, Karnataka, India (Hybrid).
Ideal Candidate Profile
- Proven ability to independently translate ambiguous technical and business challenges into actionable research plans across multiple products.
- Experience working with globally distributed teams (US/APAC time zones) with strong asynchronous communication skills.
- Expertise applying mixed research methodologies and connecting user insights to business metrics and product adoption in security or identity domains.
