About This Role
- Lead end-to-end delivery of global business transformation and technology programs ensuring achievement of desired business outcomes and stakeholder readiness.
- Manage cross-functional dependencies, risks, and communication across global teams including IT, HR, finance, and operations to promote alignment and predictable delivery.
- Drive change management activities including business impact assessments, transition planning, training coordination, and adoption tracking across multiple complex initiatives.
Minimum Requirements
- Minimum 15 years experience in PMO, project, or program management with leadership of large-scale transformation programs.
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Engineering, or related analytical field required; MBA or PhD preferred.
- Experience managing cross-functional global teams and stakeholder relationships in complex environments.
- Certification in PMP, PRINCE2, MSP or SAFe is a strong plus.

- Proven ability to manage high-profile global projects involving technology enablement, digital transformation, and business readiness in fast-paced settings.
- Experience leading and influencing senior stakeholders and multi-disciplinary teams across multiple time zones with strong communication skills.
