About This Role
- Coordinate and execute the India IS/ERP Integration project by aligning HR, Finance, IT, and IS teams and managing dependencies and timelines.
- Maintain project plans using Wrike, track risks and issues through to closure, and provide regular status reports and dashboards to leadership and Steering Committee.
- Support local change management and governance routines, including documentation maintenance and communication with technical, functional, and senior stakeholders.
Minimum Requirements
- 8–10 years overall experience in information systems or IT teams.
- At least 3 years in project coordination or management, preferably in cross-functional transformation projects.
- Proficiency with project management and collaboration tools such as MS Project, Wrike, Jira, Smartsheet, or Confluence.
- Work Experience Required: 8–10 years in IT; Location: Noida with hybrid work model.
Ideal Candidate Profile
- Experience working across multiple functional areas (HR, Finance, IT, IS) and coordinating cross-functional teams in complex ERP integration projects.
- Strong stakeholder management skills, capable of holding teams to timelines and communicating effectively with technical and executive audiences.
- Ability to manage dependencies and risks proactively with experience in RAID logs, dependency mapping, and integrated planning.
