About This Role
- Own and prioritize the product backlog to ensure delivery of high-quality product increments aligned with the product vision and business objectives.
- Collaborate with Scrum Master and cross-functional teams to drive the development process, mitigate risks, and resolve impediments during sprint cycles.
- Lead product articulation including vision solution communication to technical teams, stakeholder alignment, and driving UX design activities in coordination with UI/UX teams.
Minimum Requirements
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in any related field or equivalent qualification.
- 3-5 years of relevant experience as a product owner or business analyst.
- Solid knowledge of Agile fundamentals with experience in Scrum and Kanban methodologies.
- Experience using Atlassian tools such as JIRA and Confluence, and hands-on SQL querying skills.
Ideal Candidate Profile
- Experienced in transforming stakeholder vision into actionable product roadmaps and detailed product backlogs within Agile frameworks.
- Skilled in healthcare insurance domain-focused IT products or with substantial healthcare industry knowledge.
- Proficient in technical requirement documentation and diagrammatic business process representation using BPMN, UML, and tools like MS Visio or draw.io.
