Strong knowledge of payer operations including risk adjustment, quality (Stars/HEDIS), utilization management, or Fraud, Waste, and Abuse (FWA).
Experience working with AI technologies in product development, preferably in clinical decision support, coding automation, or anomaly detection.
Strong understanding of CMS regulatory frameworks such as RAF/HCC, V28, RADV, HEDIS, and prior authorization interoperability standards.
Someone with deep familiarity of payer risk and quality workflows and regulatory landscape, capable of managing both product strategy and technical execution.
Experience collaborating asynchronously across geographies, especially with US stakeholders and customers in healthcare payer domains.
Proven ability to integrate AI applications in healthcare products and to work effectively with cross-functional teams (clinical, technical, business).
