About This Role
- Lead product vision, strategy, and roadmap for Galaxy, Innovaccer's AI cloud platform focusing on risk adjustment, quality management, and Fraud, Waste, and Abuse (FWA) for payer organizations.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with clinicians, data scientists, engineers, and analytics teams to deliver solutions ensuring CMS compliance, clinical accuracy, and unified data on the Gravity platform.
- Engage with US-based payer customers, define and track success metrics like RAF capture accuracy, Stars performance, and audit readiness, and update product strategy based on regulatory changes.
Minimum Requirements
- 2-3 years of product management experience, ideally in healthcare technology, India-based.
- Strong knowledge of payer operations including risk adjustment, quality (Stars/HEDIS), utilization management, or Fraud, Waste, and Abuse (FWA).
- Experience working with AI technologies in product development, preferably in clinical decision support, coding automation, or anomaly detection.
- Strong understanding of CMS regulatory frameworks such as RAF/HCC, V28, RADV, HEDIS, and prior authorization interoperability standards.
Ideal Candidate Profile
- Someone with deep familiarity of payer risk and quality workflows and regulatory landscape, capable of managing both product strategy and technical execution.
- Experience collaborating asynchronously across geographies, especially with US stakeholders and customers in healthcare payer domains.
- Proven ability to integrate AI applications in healthcare products and to work effectively with cross-functional teams (clinical, technical, business).
