About This Role
- Lead product vision, strategy, and roadmap for Innovaccer Galaxy, focusing on payer risk adjustment, quality management, and Fraud, Waste, and Abuse (FWA).
- Own end-to-end product delivery, collaborating with clinicians, data scientists, and engineers to ensure clinical accuracy, CMS compliance, and intuitive workflows.
- Engage with US-based payer customers to gather feedback, monitor regulatory changes, and drive product adoption and market growth.
Minimum Requirements
- 2-3 years of product management experience, ideally in healthcare technology, based in India.
- Strong experience or familiarity with payer operations, risk adjustment, quality programs (Stars/HEDIS), and Fraud, Waste, and Abuse.
- Demonstrated experience working with AI technologies in healthcare product development (e.g., clinical decision support, coding automation, anomaly detection).
- Strong understanding of CMS programs/regulatory frameworks such as RAF/HCC, V28, RADV, HEDIS, and prior authorization interoperability standards.

- Experienced in managing complex healthcare data products integrating clinical, claims, and utilization data into unified platforms.
