Strong understanding of CMS programs/regulatory frameworks such as RAF/HCC, V28, RADV, HEDIS, and prior authorization interoperability standards.
Experienced in managing complex healthcare data products integrating clinical, claims, and utilization data into unified platforms.
Comfortable leading cross-functional teams and collaborating asynchronously with US stakeholders in a dynamic regulatory environment.
Strategic thinker with regulatory fluency and practical knowledge of payer workflows, fraud detection, and quality performance measurement.
