About This Role
- Design and implement AI-native solutions addressing strategic business problems for Aptean's customers.
- Collaborate with business analysts and data integration engineers to deliver and continuously improve AI solutions including Generative AI pipelines and traditional ML models.
- Ensure measurable business value delivery by rapid solution deployment and ongoing monitoring in dynamic customer environments.
Minimum Requirements
- 4-6 years of work experience in AI/ML implementation.
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering (preferably Computer Science); Master's degree preferred.
- Strong proficiency in Python for scripting, data processing, model development, and integration.
- Experience with Generative AI frameworks (RAG, LangGraph, LangChain), RAG pipeline development, NLP techniques, and deploying traditional ML models.
Ideal Candidate Profile
- Expert in Generative AI and traditional machine learning techniques with hands-on experience in real-world business use cases, especially supply chain forecast and inventory reconciliation.
- Collaborative communicator capable of troubleshooting and coordinating between technical and business teams to refine AI solutions.
- Familiarity with advanced optimization techniques like linear or mixed-integer optimization is a strong plus.
