About This Role
- Configure and maintain Oracle Fusion Cloud applications across modules like Financials, Procurement, and HCM based on business requirements.
- Manage and execute Oracle Fusion configuration migrations across Development, Test, UAT, and Production environments, including validation, deployment, and post-migration testing.
- Develop and lead data migration and cutover plans, provide post-go-live hypercare support, and drive process automation improvements.
Minimum Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, IT, Engineering, Finance, or related discipline.
- 4-6 years of total relevant work experience in Oracle Fusion configuration and migration.
- Hands-on experience in configuring Oracle Fusion modules and managing configuration migration sets.
- Oracle Fusion Cloud certification in functional modules preferred but not mandatory.
Ideal Candidate Profile
- Experienced in multiple Oracle Fusion functional modules, especially Financials and HCM configurations.
- Skilled in configuration migration tools and processes with strong governance and documentation discipline.
- Capable of independently handling cross-functional coordination during cutover and post-go-live support phases.
