About This Role
- Own end-to-end product management of lending-related digital products including vision, roadmap, and execution.
- Drive product lifecycle from discovery to launch, measurement, iteration focusing on customer experience, adoption, and business impact.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with Engineering, Design, Data, Business, Risk, Compliance, Marketing to deliver scalable, data-driven product solutions.
Minimum Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering (B.E./B.Tech) or equivalent technical education preferred.
- Strong prior product management experience with ownership of products from concept to launch and scale.
- Prior experience in FinTech, Lending, Payments, or Financial Services is strongly preferred.
- Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments and skill in managing multiple high-impact product initiatives simultaneously.
Ideal Candidate Profile
- Experienced in building and scaling customer-facing digital products with measurable impact in FinTech or related high-scale consumer tech domains.
- Proven ability to manage stakeholder expectations including senior leadership and cross-functional teams.
- Hands-on experience with product analytics, experimentation, conversion metrics, and practical application of AI/GenAI in product development.
