Proven ability to lead operational transformation, process improvement, and technology-driven initiatives with a focus on operational excellence and talent development.
Experience collaborating across diverse functions such as Front Office, Risk, Compliance, Legal, Technology, and Operations to influence senior stakeholders and drive organizational effectiveness.
