About This Role
- Provide hands-on technical analysis, system integration, and problem-solving support for client IT infrastructure projects.
- Engage in long-term strategic IT infrastructure planning and operational execution across multiple platforms.

Minimum Requirements
- At least 3 years of experience in a similar IT or technical role.
- Fluent in Japanese (JLPT N3 or above) and English, with strong translation and interpretation skills.
- Proficiency with IT systems including networks, hardware, software troubleshooting, and experience with IT service management tools (e.g., ServiceNow, Jira).
- Hands-on experience with SCRUM or Project Management methodologies.
