Minimum Requirements

Fluent Japanese (JLPT N3 or above) and English proficiency, both written and verbal, including translation and interpretation skills.
Proficiency in IT systems including networks, hardware, software, troubleshooting, and experience with IT service management tools such as ServiceNow or Jira.
Hands-on experience with SCRUM or Project Management methodologies.
Ideal Candidate Profile
Experienced working with Japanese clients or in multicultural teams, capable of managing cross-cultural communication.
Skilled in client-facing roles that require managing expectations and delivering timely solutions effectively.
Interested in continuous growth towards roles such as Architect or Distinguished Engineer, and open to learning cloud technologies and certifications.
