Graduate or Postgraduate degree from a recognized university.
Knowledge of instructional design, learning standards (SCORM, xAPI), LMS, manual testing methodologies, web-based applications, and SharePoint.
Ability to test course navigation, interactions, assessments, hyperlinks, media elements, and tracking functionality accurately.
Experience working cross-functionally with Instructional Designers, Learning Technologists, Graphic Designers, and Project Managers to deliver quality learning experiences on time.
Familiarity with Quality Management Systems, Root Cause Analysis, and Continuous Improvement methodologies, including Lean Six Sigma Green Belt or equivalent preferred.
Demonstrated capability to manage multiple priorities and projects independently while maintaining strong organizational and time-management skills.
