Work Experience Required: 5-8 years in eLearning QA/manual testing; Preferred certifications include Lean Six Sigma Green Belt or equivalent but not mandatory.
Experienced in handling end-to-end quality assurance within Learning & Development or Shared Services environments, familiar with L&D workflows and technologies.
Analytical and detail-oriented with strong skills in defect management, root cause analysis, and continuous improvement methodologies applied to learning technologies.
Capable of working both independently and collaboratively with diverse teams to ensure delivery timelines and quality targets are met.
