Strong problem solver with advanced troubleshooting skills using tools such as Samurai, Thread Dump Analyzer, Memory Analyzer Tool.
Experienced in operating with limited supervision and able to act as SME for senior stakeholders and team members.
Comfortable working in dynamic, high transaction environments and collaborating across technology teams with professional maturity at all management levels.
