About This Role
- Manage and ensure accuracy and sustainability of a $90M budget across 40+ departments and 2000+ employees in Eastern operations.
- Consolidate, analyze financial data and develop forecast models to support business decisions and track financial status against forecasts.
- Drive process improvements including cost reallocation projects and support evolving a self-service financial culture within Global Business Services (GBS).
Minimum Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, or related field.
- Minimum 1 year experience in a GBS/COE/GDC/SS finance environment preferred.
- Proficiency in financial software including Oracle ERP modules, Hyperion Essbase, MS Office, and strong spreadsheet/database skills.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills in English.
Ideal Candidate Profile
- Experience working within Global Business Services or shared finance centers with knowledge of budgeting and financial forecasting methods.
- Comfortable collaborating cross-functionally with accounting and management to influence strategic decision-making.
- Ability to drive process improvements and work with financial software tools to generate actionable financial insights.
