About This Role
- Lead monthly financial close and reporting processes for district-level Environmental Sales & Service business segments.
- Oversee budgeting, forecasting, and financial modeling to support strategic decision-making and cost optimization.
- Drive process improvements and automation for financial operations while acting as a key financial advisor to leadership and stakeholders.
Minimum Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting or related field; CA/CMA Inter or MBA also acceptable.
- 8–12 years of progressive experience in FP&A, financial controllership, or business finance roles with strong US GAAP knowledge.
- Proficiency in financial ERP systems (Oracle preferred), Excel, and data visualization tools.
- Work Hours: 03:00 pm - 12:00 am IST Indian Time.

- Demonstrates strong analytical skills with ability to translate complex financial data into actionable business insights.
