About This Role
- Lead and deliver complex ad-hoc business analytics and reporting to support varied business objectives.
- Collaborate with internal analytics teams and business partners to define requirements and translate them into actionable solutions including predictive models.
- Develop and execute reports for program tracking, model validation, and communicate insights and recommendations effectively to stakeholders.
Minimum Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering (BE/BTECH) from a reputed institute.
- 3-5 years of professional experience in analytics.
- Strong skills in SQL, Python programming, and data manipulation.
- Proficiency in MS Excel, PowerPoint, Word; knowledge of tools like PowerBI and/or AWS Athena.

- Experienced in handling multi-project environments with strong quantitative and programming skills focused on analytics and problem solving.
- Capable of engaging with business counterparts to ensure solutions fit business needs and are ready for deployment.
- Comfortable working in a hybrid in-office model with flexible hours (2 PM to 10:30 PM shift).
