Experienced managing complex, large-scale distributed or real-time data systems with exposure to FinOps or cloud cost optimization programs.
Demonstrated ability to navigate and align multiple stakeholder groups across product, engineering, and operational teams without direct authority.
Familiarity with contact center, CPaaS, or real-time communication platforms and applying LLM or AI tooling to automate workflows.
