Strong knowledge of ITIL processes with certification, experience in Windows and UNIX server administration, and familiarity with Service Management tools like ServiceNow or Remedy.
Experienced backup administrator with expertise in multiple enterprise backup solutions and cloud-native backups on AWS and Azure.
Proficient in ITIL-based incident, problem, and change management with ability to engage vendors and cross-functional teams effectively.
Practiced in process improvement and automation, comfortable with 24x7 rotational shifts and on-call support, and capable of driving backup performance enhancements.
