About This Role
- Own end-to-end requirements for AI Module 3 enablement, including elicitation, documentation, prioritization, traceability, and defining acceptance criteria for AI-generated content.
- Serve as the primary liaison translating business needs between HEOR stakeholders and AI & engineering teams, conducting workshops to clarify requirements and feasibility.
- Manage delivery cadence including backlog, sprint planning, progress reporting, risk management, and stakeholder coordination across multiple organizations without formal authority.
Minimum Requirements
- 10+ years in business/business systems analysis or equivalent, including at least 3 years on AI, GenAI, ML, or intelligent automation projects.
- Demonstrated experience across the full AI delivery lifecycle with understanding of AI-specific challenges like hallucination and output variability.
- Proficiency with Jira; experience leading workshops and agile delivery cadence for small teams.
- Work Experience Required: 10+ years with specific AI-related experience as above.

- Experienced in business analysis within AI/GenAI contexts, able to write precise requirements accounting for AI-specific behaviors and constraints.
- Comfortable operating independently and influencing multiple organizations without direct authority, especially in client-facing roles.
- Skilled at balancing technical and business perspectives, enabling productive communication between senior non-technical stakeholders and engineering teams.
