About This Role
- Lead the business and functional design for Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central implementations, upgrades, and migrations.
- Own the discovery process with stakeholders to define solution scope, fit-gap assessments, and detailed functional specifications guiding configuration and testing.
- Review and approve deliverables from junior consultants and ensure alignment with agreed functional design before moving project phases.
Minimum Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in business, Information Systems, Computer Science, Commerce, Finance, or related field.
- 5+ years ERP consulting experience with at least 3 years on Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central / Dynamics NAV.
- Proven experience leading end-to-end Business Central implementations, upgrades, or migration projects.
- Location requirement: Ahmedabad / Udaipur / Hybrid.
Ideal Candidate Profile
- Experienced in leading discovery workshops and producing detailed functional specifications for ERP systems, especially Business Central.
- Strong understanding of multiple ERP business domains: Finance, Sales, Purchasing, Inventory, Supply Chain, and Operations.
- Capable of working directly with senior business stakeholders and managing cross-functional teams in a consulting environment.
