About This Role
- Elicit, document, and maintain detailed business requirements by interacting with business partners and technology stakeholders (approx. 50% of time).
- Manage communication and relationships with SMEs and various organizational levels to ensure requirements completeness and status reporting (approx. 30% of time).
- Participate in process improvement and re-engineering initiatives by documenting and analyzing current business processes (approx. 20% of time).
Minimum Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree in computer science, engineering, or related field, or equivalent relevant work experience.
- 0-1 years experience as Business Analyst, Systems Analyst, or in Information Services/Technology.
- 0-1 years experience creating process flows, process maps (level 3 and 4), and related documentation.
- Experience or background with Waterfall and Agile methodologies in retail financial services or technology fields.
Ideal Candidate Profile
- Entry-level professional or recent graduate with up to 1 year of relevant BA or systems analysis experience.
- Comfortable working in hybrid office environments with exposure to both Agile and Waterfall delivery methodologies.
- Skilled in requirement elicitation, documentation, and communicating cross-functionally with business and tech stakeholders.
