About This Role
- Lead employee relations and HR compliance activities ensuring alignment with local laws and global HR priorities.
- Advise business leaders on employee relations, grievance handling, performance management, and disciplinary processes to maintain a positive work environment.
- Support execution of talent programs and integrated HR service delivery, including managing local benefits and total rewards administration.
Minimum Requirements
- 10 – 15 years of proven experience in employee relations, HR compliance, grievance handling, and performance management.
- Graduate degree in any field.
- Experience working with senior business leaders and managing employee relation issues.
- Location requirement: Mumbai Thane with occasional presence in Vikhroli; hybrid work mode.
