Working knowledge of at least two regulatory regimes from CFTC, EMIR, MiFIR / MIFID II, SFTR, ASIC, MAS, or HKMA and understanding of OTC and exchange-traded derivatives reporting requirements.
Experience with books and records reconciliation to trade repositories (e.g. DTCC GTR), handling trade repository acknowledgements, and pairing and matching breaks.
Bachelor’s degree preferred or equivalent experience; location in Bangalore with hybrid working; working hours aligned to EU shift 09:00–17:00 UTC (14:30–22:30 IST).
Experienced in full-cycle regulatory reporting operations including daily trade, collateral, and valuation message workflows with strong problem-solving discipline for root cause analysis.
Skilled in designing and embedding operational controls with evidence and audit readiness, comfortable engaging with clients on data quality and regulatory compliance issues.
Able to interpret technical data flows, system behavior, and regulatory rules, with strong Excel skills and an ability to communicate technical details clearly to clients and leadership.
