Exposure to at least one major regulatory reporting regime such as CFTC, EMIR, MiFIR/MIFID II, SFTR, ASIC, MAS, or HKMA.
Working knowledge of OTC and/or exchange-traded derivatives and experience with trade repository or ARM reconciliations.
Bachelor’s degree preferred or equivalent experience; work location Bangalore with hybrid work pattern; EU shift 14:30–22:30 IST.
Demonstrates practical understanding of regulatory reporting fields and regime requirements with attention to accurate and timely data processing under deadline pressure.
Capable of investigating and resolving exceptions, with the discipline to escalate issues supported by thorough documentation.
Technically competent with strong Excel skills, willing to develop system and data flow knowledge without hands-on coding experience.
