About This Role
- Lead planning, directing, and coordination of day-to-day activities across multiple programs within Equities Operations.
- Manage stakeholder relationships, program alignment to business goals, and risk identification/mitigation including cross-functional issues.
- Oversee resource allocation, vendor performance, and ensure program plans meet business objectives, including communication with senior management.
Minimum Requirements
- 10+ years experience in Program or Product Management.
- Experience in Equities Operations specifically with Delta 1, Synthetic PB, Equity PB, Cash Equities, and Derivatives products is mandatory.
- Bachelor's or University degree required; Masters degree is a plus.
- Knowledge of end-to-end trade lifecycle essential; experience with MIFID, CSDR, Brexit, T+1 preferred but not mandatory.

- Experienced leader in managing complex programs in Equities Operations with strong stakeholder negotiation skills.
- Able to influence cross-functional teams and senior management to resolve program issues effectively.
- Detail-oriented with a solid understanding of front-to-back trade lifecycle and regulatory environments related to equities.
