Familiarity with HR analytics and HRIS tools such as Workday or SAP SuccessFactors.
Experienced in partnering with senior leaders to translate HR strategies into business outcomes within a global technology context.
Capable of managing diverse HR challenges including restructuring, talent retention, and employee relations with an understanding of India-specific employment context.
Skilled at cross-functional collaboration across Talent Acquisition, Compensation, L&D, and Operations, ideally with exposure to global HR practices and cross-cultural teams.
