Experienced in architecting and optimizing complex Salesforce CPQ implementations with strong integration and migration backgrounds.
Capable mentor and code reviewer with solid skills in Apex, LWC, Flow, and middleware development including Java.
Familiar with data privacy standards especially PII handling and skilled in contact center/telephony platform integrations and AI-driven use cases for middleware.
