About This Role
- Configure, customize, and optimize Microsoft Dynamics 365 Sales (v.9) entities, workflows, forms, and features to meet complex business needs.
- Develop, deploy, and maintain custom C# processes and integrations; design data import/export and migration solutions ensuring data integrity.
- Integrate Microsoft Power Platform components and utilize Azure Data Factory and Logic Apps for data integration and automation; troubleshoot Dynamics 365 and related platform issues.
Minimum Requirements
- 5 to 7 years of hands-on experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 Sales including solution design and implementation.
- Proficiency in configuration/customization of Dynamics 365 Sales v.9, C# development, JavaScript, HTML, SQL scripting, and Dynamics 365 solutioning best practices.
- Experience with Microsoft Power Platform (Power Apps, Power Automate, Power BI) and basic knowledge of Azure Data Factory and Logic Apps.
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
Ideal Candidate Profile
- Experienced in integrating Microsoft Power Platform with Dynamics 365 to extend business capabilities.
- Skilled in developing scalable and maintainable Dynamics 365 solutions including custom coded processes and workflows.
- Familiarity with Zendesk and Jira is a plus; holding Microsoft certifications like MB-210 or equivalent enhances candidacy but not mandatory.
