About This Role
- Design, develop, and maintain scalable, robust distributed systems and web-based applications with strict architectural practices.
- Lead high-level system design, module decomposition, and drive performance optimization on large-scale systems.
- Collaborate with product teams for technical execution, lead medium-sized projects, and mentor junior engineers for technical excellence.
Minimum Requirements
- 3 to 5 years of professional software engineering experience.
- B.Tech, M.Tech, or Ph.D. in Computer Science or related technical discipline (or equivalent practical experience).
- Strong programming skills in at least one general-purpose language such as Java, C, or C++.
- Hands-on experience with multi-threading, concurrency, Object-Oriented Design, design patterns, relational and NoSQL databases, and TDD on Linux environments.

- Experienced in building and scaling complex business applications handling massive data volumes and high concurrency.
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced, high-growth startup-like environment with high ownership and commitment.
- Proven ability to lead technical projects end-to-end and mentor junior engineers while collaborating closely with product and stakeholder teams.
