Skilled in translating governance policies into practical routines, managing multiple stakeholders, and driving process improvements in matrix organizations.
Demonstrates ownership and initiative, capable of working independently across Controllership, FP&A, Legal, Regulatory, and Business teams to ensure rigorous fund governance.
