About This Role
- Develop and deploy process control applications using PLC, DCS, HMI, and SCADA systems in manufacturing automation.
- Own and administer process control automation in a regulated manufacturing setting, managing process change requests per SOP.
- Support capital projects from design through validation, including troubleshooting, testing, and technical investigations involving process control systems.
Minimum Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering (B.E / B.Tech) or MCA.
- Minimum 3 years experience in software system development with both frontend and backend programming.
- Experience with manufacturing process controls, automation, and field instrumentation technologies.
- Knowledge of industry standards including batch control systems, SDLC methodologies, 21 CFR Part 11, and GAMP.
Ideal Candidate Profile
- Experienced in applying automation engineering principles to complex capital projects in regulated environments.
- Skilled in managing full lifecycle of process control systems including design, development, validation, and post-deployment support.
- Proficient at technical root cause analysis and troubleshooting of automation and instrumentation issues in manufacturing processes.
