About This Role
- Design and develop automated test scripts for web and API applications using approved tools and frameworks.
- Execute automated tests, log and triage defects, and generate test reports to support quality assurance.
- Participate in requirement discussions and maintain test documentation including test data management and traceability.
Minimum Requirements
- 1-3 years of experience in automation testing with tools like Selenium or Appium.
- Proficiency in programming languages such as Java, Python, or JavaScript for automation scripting.
- Experience with test frameworks (TestNG/JUnit), SQL for database testing, and API testing tools like Postman or REST Assured.
- Location requirement: Bengaluru or Hyderabad; Shift timings between 11:00 AM to 11:00 PM.
Ideal Candidate Profile
- Experience working within Agile/Scrum teams with test case management tools such as Jira or TestRail.
- Comfortable collaborating across onshore and offshore teams for requirement clarification and testing activities.
- Capable of contributing to process improvements and supporting continuous learning in automation testing.
