About This Role
- Owns system administration and operational support for BI applications like Tableau, SAP Business Objects on Linux/Windows.
- Responsible for application migrations, daily monitoring, performance improvements, and incident resolution.
- Develops automation scripts, maintains system standards, KPI metrics, and handles user access/security administration.
Minimum Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in software administration for BI tools (Tableau, Business Objects, Power BI).
- Experience with system monitoring, patching, performance tuning, and support for BI applications.
- IT Graduate degree preferred (BE, BTech, MCA) or equivalent.
- Work Experience Required: 5+ years in relevant BI software administration roles.
Ideal Candidate Profile
- Demonstrated ability to coordinate across global virtual teams and infrastructure groups (network, DBA, SAP Basis).
- Experience with automation using scripting languages like PERL/Python and knowledge of Agile/Scrum and SDLC.
- Preferred experience with Azure hosted applications, Microsoft Fabric workloads, and possibly AI/automation integration.
