About This Role
- Execute manual testing for web applications and websites including functional, regression, smoke, sanity, exploratory, and usability tests.
- Identify, document, prioritize, and track software defects; validate fixes and perform regression testing before deployment.
- Collaborate with developers, designers, and project managers to ensure high-quality releases and maintain testing documentation and QA reports.
Minimum Requirements
- 2-4 years of experience in manual software testing for web applications.
- Strong knowledge of STLC and manual testing types including functional, regression, smoke, sanity, exploratory, and usability testing.
- Experience with bug tracking tools like Jira, ClickUp, or Trello and basic understanding of HTML, CSS, and browser developer tools.
- Willingness and ability to work onsite in Ahmedabad on the fixed 2:00 PM to 11:00 PM shift.
Ideal Candidate Profile
- Experienced in detailed manual testing of websites focusing on cross-browser/device compatibility and responsive design verification.
- Comfortable collaborating closely with cross-functional teams in a digital agency or client-facing environment.
- Familiar with using AI-powered tools to enhance test documentation and bug reporting while ensuring thorough manual testing.
