About This Role
- Own and execute end-to-end quality strategy for product features, including test strategy design, automation framework development, and release readiness.
- Design, build, and maintain scalable automated test suites and integrate them into CI/CD pipelines for rapid, reliable releases.
- Perform deep manual and exploratory security testing, debug complex issues, and continuously improve testing frameworks and tooling leveraging AI-powered development tools.
Minimum Requirements
- 5 to 8 years of experience in software engineering or QA with both manual and automation testing exposure.
- Proficiency in at least one programming language such as Java, Python, or Go.
- Experience with test automation frameworks (e.g., JUnit, TestNG, Pytest), CI/CD systems (Jenkins, GitHub Actions, GitLab CI), and familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP).
- Strong debugging skills using log/observability tools (e.g., Splunk, Kibana), experience with containerization/orchestration (Docker, Kubernetes), and foundational AI/ML understanding relevant to software engineering workflows.
