About This Role
- Conduct and lead application security penetration testing and assessments to ensure compliance with corporate policies and regulations.
- Collaborate with application owners, developers, and DevOps teams to improve security practices, including secure coding, threat modeling, and integration of security tools like SAST, DAST, and SCA.
- Drive automation and AI-enhanced security processes for threat modeling, static analysis, penetration testing, and security workflow automation.
Minimum Requirements
- 10-12 years of IT experience with at least 5 years focused on application security.
- Experience running and administrating SAST, DAST, and Software Composition Analysis (SCA) tools and processes.
- Strong knowledge of DevSecOps processes, integrations, and cloud security.
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, IT, or equivalent; advanced degree and security certifications (GWAPT, GWEB, GPEN, OSCP, CSSLP, CASE) preferred.
Ideal Candidate Profile
- Experienced in leading cross-functional application security initiatives within large enterprises and agile environments.
- Proficient in combining strong foundational security knowledge with hands-on tool execution, emphasizing automation and AI-driven enhancement.
- Able to integrate security into DevOps workflows effectively, with coding skills in .Net, Java, or Python considered a plus.
