About This Role
- Lead and build a high-performing QA team focused on AI-driven software development for Generative and Agentic AI systems.
- Develop and execute innovative testing strategies and quality metrics tailored to autonomous and AI-based software workflows.
- Collaborate cross-functionally to embed a quality-first mindset, communicate AI quality risks and progress, and evolve test automation frameworks suitable for non-deterministic AI behaviors.
Minimum Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
- 10+ years in Quality Assurance with at least 5 years in a leadership role.
- Proven experience leading QA teams in agile, fast-paced environments.
- Strong knowledge of software development lifecycle and modern testing methodologies.
Ideal Candidate Profile
- Experienced in defining novel quality metrics specific to AI models, including accuracy, bias, safety, and task success for autonomous agents.
- Deep understanding of Agentic AI workflows and automated testing challenges related to intelligent, goal-oriented systems.
- Hands-on expertise with AI/ML technologies, especially Generative AI (LLMs), and adaptive test automation tools (e.g., Selenium, Playwright) in AI contexts.
