Willingness to work rotational shifts including night shifts (2 months per year).
Strong technical foundation with practical production troubleshooting skills across cloud, containerization, observability, networking, and storage domains.
Experienced in incident response, root cause analysis, and production change management with collaborative communication skills.
Comfortable working in a 24x7 production environment involving on-call rotation and out-of-hours changes.
