About This Role
- Lead moderately complex technical projects and initiatives, including design, development, testing, and deployment within the software engineering domain.
- Provide technical leadership and mentorship to junior engineers, serving as escalation point and guiding teams to meet client and organizational needs.
- Collaborate across multiple technology teams to deliver scalable microservices and frontend solutions, while evaluating and integrating emerging tools such as GenAI technologies.
Minimum Requirements
- Minimum 4 years of software engineering experience (including work experience, training, military experience, or education).
- Proficiency in Java, Spring framework, and Spring Boot for application development.
- Experience with frontend frameworks like ReactJS or Angular, and backend technologies including microservices architecture.
- Must be willing to work onsite in Hyderabad or Bangalore office locations as per organization's Return To Office policy.
Ideal Candidate Profile
- Experienced in designing, building, and maintaining microservices and web services using Java and associated frameworks.
- Skilled in both backend and frontend technologies, including knowledge of databases (MongoDB, Oracle, MS SQL), messaging systems (Kafka, Solace), caching (Redis, Ignite), and cloud platforms (PCF, Azure, GCP).
- Demonstrated capability in Agile environments with technical leadership experience, mentoring junior developers, and integrating modern tools such as GenAI and CI/CD pipelines.
