About This Role
- Own product vision, roadmap, and backlog for healthcare data, analytics, interoperability, and quality measurement solutions focused on payer and provider markets.
- Translate healthcare regulatory and business requirements (e.g., HEDIS, CMS Star Ratings, dQM, MIPS) into scalable product capabilities and user stories.
- Lead Agile product delivery activities including stakeholder workshops, backlog prioritization, release planning, and collaborate with architecture and engineering teams to design data models, analytics, and interoperability workflows.
Minimum Requirements
- 5 to 7 years of relevant work experience in product ownership or healthcare data product management.
- Degree in Engineering, Computer Science, IT, Healthcare Informatics or related field (BE/BTech/ME/MTech/BSc/MSc or equivalent).
- Strong knowledge of US healthcare programs and regulations like HEDIS, CMS Star Ratings, dQM, MIPS, Medicaid, Medicare, and Value-Based Care.
- Experience with healthcare data standards and interoperability: FHIR, HL7, QRDA, APIs, EHR, claims data; and Agile delivery tools such as Jira, Confluence, or Azure DevOps.

- Experienced in product ownership within US healthcare payer and provider domains, with deep regulatory and quality measurement knowledge.
- Skilled at translating complex regulatory requirements into technical product features and collaborating closely with cross-functional teams including SMEs, architects, and engineers.
- Proficient at leveraging AI/GenAI tools to enhance product management productivity and automate documentation and analysis tasks.
