About This Role
- Design, code, test, and deploy low to moderately complex software projects using Java, Spring, and microservices.
- Identify and implement improvements in service quality and availability within the technology domain environment.
- Provide technical leadership and mentoring to junior engineers, including guidance on design, architecture, and engineering solutions.
Minimum Requirements
- Minimum 2+ years of software engineering experience (work experience, training, military, or education).
- Hands-on experience in Java, Spring framework, and Spring Boot development.
- Willingness to work onsite in Hyderabad or Bangalore offices per organization RTO policies.
- Familiarity with microservices, cloud environments (PCF/OCP/Azure/GCP), and CI/CD tools is required or strongly preferred.
Ideal Candidate Profile
- Experienced in Agile software delivery environments working closely with cross-functional teams.
- Ability to provide technical leadership, evaluate new technologies, and drive productivity improvements.
- Exposure to front-end frameworks (ReactJS or Angular), GenAI tools, messaging services, and cloud migration best practices enhances competitiveness.
