About This Role
- Analyze internal and external customer needs and translate them into user stories for development teams.
- Collaborate closely with product managers, product owners, and agile software and QA teams throughout the software planning and development lifecycle.
- Elaborate requirements and document proposed software solutions for a prioritized backlog of features and stories.
Minimum Requirements
- 2-4 years of experience, preferably in business analysis for web-based software.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to collect and analyze data to draw valid conclusions.
- Understanding of web and database technologies.
- Work Experience Required: 2-4 years (preferably in business analysis for web-based software).
Ideal Candidate Profile
- Experienced working in agile environments with knowledge of the roles of Product Analyst, Product Manager, and Product Owner.
- Skilled in collaborating with UX design teams and communicating complex concepts at all organizational levels.
- Comfortable operating in fast-paced, flexible work environments and demonstrates strong time management and organizational skills.
