About This Role
- Own end-to-end QA strategy, planning, and execution for Salesforce platforms including OneCRM and integrated ecosystems, ensuring minimal production defects.
- Lead and grow onshore/offshore QA and automation teams focused on manual and Copado Robotic Testing (CRT) automation for Salesforce and API integration validations.
- Drive quality governance including defect management, release-readiness assessments, and continuous improvement of automated regression testing integrated into CI/CD pipelines.
Minimum Requirements
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, IT, Engineering, or related discipline.
- 9–13 years of overall experience in Quality Assurance, Software Testing, or Quality Engineering with leadership in enterprise application QA.
- Hands-on experience with Copado Robotic Testing (CRT) focused on Salesforce test automation.
- Experience with Salesforce functional/manual testing and Salesforce platform integrations (e.g., MuleSoft APIs).
Ideal Candidate Profile
- Experienced leader managing distributed QA teams delivering complex, large-scale Salesforce releases in Agile environments with CI/CD integration.
- Deep expertise in Salesforce testing including Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, or Health Cloud and automated regression testing using Copado CRT.
- Strong strategic focus on quality engineering transformation, test automation ROI, risk-based exploratory testing, and cross-functional stakeholder collaboration.
