Experienced in managing QA strategy and governance within Salesforce environments supporting business-critical processes.
Skilled in applying test automation at scale including integration with CI/CD and continuous quality engineering principles.
Capable of leveraging AI-assisted tools to enhance test design, coverage, and defect identification in complex, fast-paced, and ambiguous environments, preferably with financial services domain experience.
