About This Role
- Design, develop, test, and support data pipelines, curated datasets, semantic models, dashboards, and reports using tools like SQL, Python, Databricks, and Power BI across US and India teams.
- Translate complex business requirements into technical solutions including data models, DAX measures, and interactive Power BI visualizations improving decision-making.
- Lead troubleshooting of data quality, pipeline, and report issues; provide guidance to junior analysts and ensure compliance with security and governance standards.
Minimum Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in engineering, Information Systems, Data Analytics, Business Analytics, or related field.
- 2–4 years of experience in data engineering, analytics engineering, BI development, or related roles.
- Hands-on experience with SQL, Python, ETL/ELT, data modeling, Power BI development, and cloud data services like Azure or AWS is mandatory.
- Experience working with distributed/global teams and supporting cross-geo collaboration.
Ideal Candidate Profile
- Experienced in end-to-end analytics solution delivery combining coding, data modeling, and BI dashboard development.
- Proficient in managing performance, troubleshooting, documentation, and deployment with tools such as Git, Azure DevOps, and CI/CD.
- Comfortable working independently with limited supervision within complex, multi-team, multi-timezone environments.
