Hands-on experience with AWS (EC2, storage, basic networking), Linux (RHEL), Windows Server troubleshooting, Java application support, Apache Tomcat, ActiveMQ, ELK stack, Zabbix or similar monitoring tools, Oracle and SQL Server databases.
Experience in incident handling, root cause analysis, post-patching validation, and scripting in Shell and/or Python.
Experienced in supporting critical enterprise platforms with strong operational ownership including root cause analysis and incident prevention.
Comfortable working with multiple technologies in cloud and on-premises environments, collaborating across DevOps, Operations, and Development teams.
Capable of independently managing alerts, multitasking across incidents, and documenting operational procedures for knowledge transfer and go-live readiness.
